We are very proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our fine jewelry. Inter-Continental Jewelers offers a lifetime warranty against any manufacturer defect. If your experience damage due to manufacturing within 30 days from the date of purchase, we guarantee setting of all small diamonds, rubies or sapphires, and against all defects in material and workmanship (center diamond excluded). We will repair or replace your stones without charge if any defects are found within this timeframe. If by chance any repairs needed are not covered under the lifetime warranty or needed after 30 days of purchase date, please give us a call, at 713.785.9600. We can schedule your repair appointment, and will be more than happy to repair your piece at minimal costs. You also receive one complimentary ring sizing.
Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of stones, and theft. Warranty will not cover repairs or services performed by an outside ICJ jewelers. We recommend you maintain independent insurance coverage for your jewelry in case of significant damage, loss, or theft.
We offer a 100% diamond trade-up for a lifetime! If you trade in your center diamond, you receive the full price toward another diamond of at least double the trade-in value. In order to upgrade your diamond, you must have the original documentation accommodated with your diamond, and your diamond needs to be in good and saleable condition. We don’t upgrade colored gemstones, settings and jewelry. Upgrade credit doesn’t include duty or tax paid on the original purchase of the diamond. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of the new diamond before any credit is applied.

Inter-Continental Jewelers makes every effort to provide our customers with accurate and up-to-date information; however, in the event that there is an incorrect price listed due to programming or typographical errors or a diamond is no longer available, we have the right to refuse or cancel those orders. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
We offer a large collection of unique loose colored gems. Inter-Continental Jewelers will also mount your gem in any of our standard ring settings that accommodate that shape. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your colored gemstone or ring setting, it is eligible for our 30 day return or exchange policy as long as your item is in its original, unworn condition with the following exceptions: rings that have been resized, custom engraved, or previously exchanged.
A Inter-Continental Jewelers gift certificate is the perfect gift for any occasion. Please contact us to place an order for a gift certificate amount not listed on the website. Gift certificates are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused portion of the gift certificate will remain available for future purchases under the same gift certificate number. Inter-Continental Jewelers is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

To all of our valued customers, we offer 6-month payment interest free if paid in full within the 6 months. *Offer is subject to credit approval.
To qualify to purchase with approved credit, special terms are applied. You must reside in the U.S. to get approval for financing. You must pay the minimum monthly payments. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the purchase balance is not paid in full within the promotional period.

We have a simple 30-day return policy that allows you to return your items securely for a full refund.
**For special ordered diamonds, please note that these have a 7-day return policy.**
All items must be returned with original packaging and all paperwork including receipt, diamond certificate and appraisal. Returns missing paperwork will not be processed.
You must first call 713-785-9600 for an authorization code. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees. We require that all items be fully insured. Inter-Continental Jewelers cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. You may ship items through the US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. Please contact us for details on how to properly package and ship your item securely. Once we receive your item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for credit to post to your account.
We do not accept returns to the following items:
Because custom orders are made to fit specifications unique to the customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer is welcome to make changes during CAD process; however, once the design is approved, additional changes and/or cancellations cannot be accepted. Custom order quotes are valid for one week and is subject to change thereafter.
We offer a lifetime upgrade for center diamonds. Our valued customers can trade in their center diamond and receive full credit toward another diamond of at least double the trade-in value.
For example, if your diamond is valued at $5,000, you would receive a $5,000 credit toward a new diamond valued at $10,000 or more.
