What is your return policy?

We have simple 30-day return policy that allows you to return your items securely for a full refund.
For special ordered diamonds, please note that these have a 10-day return policy.
You must first call 713-785-9600 for an authorization code.
Please write this code on the Return Slip that came stapled to your invoice. You may ship items through the US Postal Service or UPS.
We also require that all items be insured. If the ring is resized to size 8 or over or has been engraved on, it cannot be returned. Items that have been altered by sources aside from Inter-Continental Jewelers cannot be returned. For full details please call us at 713-785-9600.

What is your policy on conflict diamonds?

At ICJ we have the highest regard for human rights.
For this reason we strictly adhere to the Kimberley Process.
The Kimberley Process is an international agreement by which countries do not accept conflict, or blood, diamonds.
Conflict diamonds are those that are traded illegally to finance wars or weapons, usually in Africa.
With the Kimberley Process all diamonds must be received officially sealed and certified that they are non-conflict diamonds.

What if the item is not in stock?

If you find an item you like that is currently out of stock, please contact us at 713-785-9600, and we will happy to manufacture a new one.
Please allow 5 -7 working days for everything except 2-4 weeks for bracelets.
If you would like your item shipped sooner, please contact us.

What is your shipping policy?

All merchandise will be shipped free of charge through Fed Ex. 

Do you ship overseas?

If you would like to ship overseas, please call 713-785-9600 and we will be glad to accommodate you.

Do you do custom orders?

We are happy to assist you with custom orders in the case you are unable to find what you are looking for on our website.
Since we are a jewelry manufacturer we can make any piece of jewelry from a simple sketch.

Do your diamonds come with a certificate?

All of our diamonds come with an appraisal by either the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the European Gemological Lab (EGL).
An appraisal from these institutions represents the industry's highest standard for evaluating the cut, quality, color and clarity of a diamond.
You may also view the diamond certificate for each loose diamond on our website.

Can you size the rings?

All rings are sized free of charge for one time only. After that, there is a small charge.
Simply choose your size on the drop down menu before you add your item to the shopping cart.
For unusual sizes larger than 7.5, call 713-785-9600. These sizes will be subject to an extra fee of $75 minimum, as these require more gold to manufacture.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
For phone orders we accept wire transfers.
Personal checks and money orders will not be accepted.

What metals are items available in?

Although most items on our site are displayed in white gold, all are also available in 14K white, yellow gold or platinum.

Do you offer upgrades?

Yes. If you would like to trade in your current diamond for that of a higher quality or color, we may be able to accommodate you. Contact us for more information.

Why are your prices so low?

While other jewelers buy their jewelry from other companies, at ICJ we make all of our own jewelry on site, enabling us to pass the savings on to you at 50-75% of the retail cost.

What if I can't find the diamond I want?

We want to help you find the perfect diamond.
If you do not find it on our site, please call and speak to our diamond and jewelry expert at 713-785-9600.

What if my shipping address is different from my billing address?

If you are not home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to another location.
For your security to protect against fraud, your credit card company will be contacted to confirm they have this alternate address on file.
Please call your bank to provide them with this alternate address.
