We have a simple 30-day return policy that allows you to return your items securely for a full refund.

**For special ordered diamonds, please note that these have a 7-day return policy.**

All items must be returned with original packaging and all paperwork including receipt, diamond certificate and appraisal. Returns missing paperwork will not be processed.

You must first call 713.785.9600 for an authorization code. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees. We require that all items be fully insured. Inter-Continental Jewelers cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. You may ship items through the US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. Please contact us for details on how to properly package and ship your item securely. Once we receive your item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for credit to post to your account.

We do not accept returns to the following items:
1. Rings size 8 or over
2. Has been resized below size 5 within the 30 days
3. Engraved items
4. Items altered by sources other than Inter-Continental Jewelers
5. Items with visible signs of wear
6. Damaged items
7. Item(s) delivered over 30 days ago
8. Custom orders

Items must be in original purchased condition.

Custom Orders

Because custom orders are made to fit specifications unique to the customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer is welcome to make changes during CAD process; however, once the design is approved, additional changes and/or cancellations cannot be accepted. Custom order quotes are valid for one week and is subject to change thereafter.

Lifetime Upgrade Program

We offer a lifetime upgrade for center diamonds. Our valued customers can trade in their center diamond and receive full credit toward another diamond of at least double the trade-in value. For example, if your diamond is valued at $5,000, you would receive a $5,000 credit toward a new diamond valued at $10,000 or more. **Please note: Trade-in price may change due to market price fluctuations** For special ordered diamonds have a 7-day return policy.
